Tunnel Vision
Day 8 Logrono Rest Day (“Zero” Day)
Zero Miles!
Today is a rest day in Logrono with no CFP (Constant Forward Progress). CFP is the ultimate goal of any long distance hiker...always be moving forward along your path.
This is a break to let our bodies rest, get reorganized, and eat 3 full meals. After 100+ miles this is exactly what we need.
Sometimes you find yourself in the middle of nowhere, and sometimes in the middle of nowhere you find yourself.

As we have traveled along our path thus far, we often cross paved roads, and some times walk on the shoulder of those roads. When we encounter a busier road, our path often goes beneath the road via an underpass or tunnel (called a ‘tunel’ in Spanish). The walls of the tunnels are usually concrete and are decorated with some amazing graffiti or “Tunnel Art”.
For todays posting I decided to share a few examples of this creative art media.
